In our case, I would say a place that give you properly well-done roads, fast internet, reliable electricity, water, schools would probably be called smart place. Tatu city already has these basics. They have their own electricity secure directly from Kengen, in other wards the residents and companies operating there are no taken though the shenanigans of Kenya Power. That also means the electricity is more affordable. They have their own Tatu private water supply, they also have their Tatu Internet service provider.
