The New Apple is set to be launched in September. iPhone6 had some cool features but Samsung still proved to be the best. Apple has launched eight generations of iPhones and this coming launch will be the ninth. I think it’s about time Apple starts manufacturing user friendly phones, the other iPhones are very complicated to some people.
Apple will hold an event on September 9th in San Francisco to launch its flagship device.
Here is what to expect from Apple’s flagship device.
CNN made their assumptions on the name. Previous names used suggest that the phone will be called iPhone 6S hence it might be a relatively modest upgrade over last year’s iPhone 6. But if Apple overhauls the handset, they might ignore the S naming convention and call it iPhone 7. However, consumers and critics provided that S models aren’t as desirable as the others. And Apple may eventually choose to drop the numbers and letters entirely.
Reports claim that after enlarging the device several times in recent years, Apple will retain the same display size as last year’s phones which are 4.7-inch diagonal screen for the regular model and 5.5 inches for the Plus model. But the phones set to be launched may be slightly thicker than the others.
Apple has a unique design that upholds in all its phones, the company is working hard to maintain that and the new phone will have no different physical design from the others.
Apple made a splash several years ago when it broadened its black-and-white iPhone palette to include gold, silver and some gray. Other reports claim that Apple will add some colors; rose gold which means a coppery hue.
Normally the company begins selling new iPhones in the United States a week after they’re unveiled, and always on a Friday. For example, the iPhone 6 went on sale 10 days after last year’s launch event. So i have no idea when ‘iPhone 6S’ will crowd the Kenyan market but you can always import after the release date.
It’s obvious Apple will equip the new phones with a faster processor and an improved camera. Reports say the next cameras will boast 12 megapixels and 4K video recording. Keep in mind that iPhones have 8 megapixel camera, so 12 MP is huge.
The new feature that Apple will be promoting is the Force Touch. Force Touch uses tiny electrodes around the display that can distinguish between a light tap and a deep press. Users can tap the screen to open an app or press down firmly to access a new range of additional controls.
