Travelling could not get better…
East Africa’s leading air travel company Kenya airways will soon roll out jamboJet at affordable rates with fares of less than 3,000 one way in what is set to revolutionise air travel.
The new rates to launch April 1 will be available in Kisumu, Eldoret and Mombasa routes from Nairobi before venturing to Bunjumbura, Kigali, Juba, Goma, Mwanza, Zanzibar, Kilimanjaro and Addis Ababa in year’s time.
3,000 air fare is something most of us didn’t see coming that is definitely a great deal from a giant company for a day to day traveler; business travels, occasion attendance, emergency travels.
The move will definitely lure road users which i find better and more convenient without having to go through a lot of hustle to reach your destination. With the latest night travel bun for long distance buses and matatus, Kenyans couldn’t be luckier. This is also ward off competition from budget operators such as fly540 currently charging ksh17,500 return ticket for the same distance.
Great loss for bus companies but consumers will always go for whats best and convenient. JamboJet will offer a return ticket 65 per cent lower compared to the sh16,530 that its parent company, KQ, charges.
