So it seems Safaricom has a big problem with their 3G internet.? Slow, frustrating, heartbreaking and all that in the new world of the Fiber Cables.. In some instances the network signal is full but the internet is zero. Gauging from the number of people complaining about the same thing, the propblem is widespread. Unfortunately ,Safaricom customer care people and the engineers behind the scene are not saying anything sensible about it..

More than five days later, I am still waiting and many people are getting frustrated like me.
So what is really wrong with Safaricom 3G internet ?
