Good news, Google is now ready to partner with small and individual Youtube publishers. For a long time Google has been working just only with big shots, like Media Houses but now they are ready to talk small guys too. In the next few months, any individual publisher will be able to partner with Google for distribution and monetization.
Talking about Monetization, Youtube now has monitization option. Here is how to get it going:
1 Login to Youtub
2. Go to settings
3. Click On the Channel Monitization
4. Agree with terms and conditions and you are good to go
