Samsung plan to unveil Galaxy S4, at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in February next year. An anonymous company official told The Korea Times.
“Samsung is ready to unveil the next Galaxy smartphone _ the Galaxy S4 _ at early next year’s mobile world congress (MWC) in the Spanish city of Barcelona”
The screen size of the S4 is expected to be upgraded to 5-inch from 4.8 screen size on S3. Galaxy S4 or IV is expected to hit market globally one month later in March 2013.

So why buy the S3 now? SMH
They are in hurry with the rumors to counter the waves being made by iPhone 5 at the moment. S3 might be superior phone to iPhone 5 depending on who you asked but many of iPhone users are upgradidng and hence the sales records being broken all over by iPhone 5. Apple vs Samsung is an interesting contest at the moment but every phone manufacturer is trying to throw in some news at the moment to remain relevant.
Because there will be around 7 months to wait for the Galaxy S 4, would you wait?
At this point I am not sure what the S4 will come up with which is not in S3. The screen size they say but if you want a bigger screen size there is already Note II. I am not sure someone will regret buying Galaxy s3 vs Waiting for S4
