  • I nominated Wanjohi Daily for best creative blog, but did not appear on the list. I think it is way better than Crazy Nairobian
    Dennis Itumbi best political blog?
Moses Kemibaro best tech blog? That should have gone to Idd Salim if not Kachwanya. By the way, how did you lose out to Moses Kemibaro?
Safaricom were sponsors, Bob Collymore is bosom buddies with Jeff Koinange, he had to win

  • The Creative writing category was the most competitive, but the judges  looked at several factors and shortlisted the best five.. Crazy Nairobian got more votes from the people  than the other nominees..so rationally I don’t think we can argue about that

Dennis Itumbi.. Again people voted for that blog. People have decided and it is against democratic principles to say otherwise

IddSalim and Kachwanya were involved in organizing the event.. For that it would have been a conflict of interest

Safaricom! Boss, Safaricom had no idea about the process. Nobody from Safaricom was involved in the process apart from checking whether their banners were at the final setting of the venue and attending the event. Jeff Koinange might not be the ideal according to some people for the award he was given but again, it was decided by people…
