E-Tourism East Africa conference opens in Nairobi this morning.  This is the third international online tourism conference for East Africa.  This year’s conference brought together some of the world’s leading experts on online tourism including Trip Advisor, Expedia and Facebook developers.  Visa, KCB and the Intercontinental Hotel Nairobi are the lead sponsors for the conference.

The two day conference will focus strongly on the use of social media to leverage online bookings.
