Samsung Electronics East Africa On Friday unveiled its first premium brand shop in Kenya situated at the Junction Mall Supermarket, Ngong Road.
The most striking aspect of the shop is the product experience zone. On show are the Samsung Smart phones, Tablets, Note, Visual Display, IT Solutions, Digital Imaging, Digital Appliances, Mobile Communications, laptops and other accessories –

This Samsung brand shop is offering our customers the full Samsung premium experience across our smart phones category and digital appliances. The shop, which will be a showcase in the latest technology, will be manned by fully trained and experienced Samsung staff that will able to take our customers through the whole Samsung experience
Mr Manoj also noted that Samsung had expanded its customer care centers in Kenya, namely 5 in Nairobi, 1 in Kisumu, 1 in Eldoret and 1 in Mombasa, all geared to meet the needs of consumers.
