Orange  and Wikipedia have signed a deal to make  content of Wikipedia  available free of data charges to millions of mobile phone users across the Middle East and Africa. If you have web enabled phone you can access the content of Wikipedia without data charges. I like this, Wikipedia mostly used in schools will be available to many students who are not able afford the high data cost. Good stuff.
