Happy new year to you all good people. Back to business. Essar Telecom Kenya launched Pay4me service that enables subscribers make calls paid for by the receiver. The service will be available within the network only. Pay4me service calls will be charged at Sh3 per minute.
To access the service, subscribers have to dial 6565 in place of the zero at the beginning of the number they are calling. The recipient will then receive a call requesting him or her to pay for the call, and if accepted, the call will be connected. Great.
More like “please call me” by Safaricom, but expensive in the context of Yu to Yu call charges.
