Nokia’s new B2B Care Centre Launched

Written by

Nokia recently launched a new B2B Care Centre. The company states that a great perk of the care centre is that it enables business partners to drop off their phones for service, and in a shorter period of time, have them repaired.

What will you do without a phone in the meantime though? They thought of that too, you will be given a complimentary ‘high-end’ Nokia phone to use while you await your phone’s repairs.

The company promises a 3 day maximum period in repairs and service delivery. As well as the promise of great care for your device while in their centre. Care support is offered in Nairobi, Kisumu and Mombasa.

The care centre also looks at educating /sensitizing its clients on the Ovi store, messaging applications and mail applications.

The Nokia care centre is located at Remax Plaza, Arwhings Kodhek Road in Nairobi.
