Kenya: 27 best in Africa according to Harvard governance index

The 2009 Annual Index of African Governance released by the Harvard University?s Kennedy School of Governance last weekend, ranks Kenya 27 on the governance list of 53 countries in Africa.

Mauritius seems to be the best? maanaged country in Africa as it shown in all the numerous rankings we have seen around.

At the top of the list are Mauritius, Seychelles, and Cape Verde . At the bottom are Chad, Sudan, and Somalia.
