Social Media for Gorillas..wonderful

Today Uganda will? launch a scheme to allow gorilla lovers to become friends with them on Facebook. Through the cameras placed on the forest in the extreme south-west of the country, people will be able to watch gorillas feed, give birth, charge through the undergrowth. This a great scheme at the time when most animal species are endangered.

The “Friend a Gorilla” project cost just one dollar a year for the gorilla enthusiasts.

The Kenyan Wild Life Authority should consider the same for many our Lions plus many more threatened species in Kenya

Through the use of cameras and online live feeds? the government will be able to prevent the rampant poaching as the people doing so would be captured easily through the cameras. The world at large would be able to keep keen eye on the endangered animals.
