Sabre strengthens ties with Travel Agents.

Global travel technology company, Sabre Travel Network has rolled out an Executive forum at the capital club in Nairobi, in a bid to bring together Kenya Association of Travel Agents and a number of travel agents.

The travel technology firm at the same time unveiled its value proposition ‘stay ahead’ driven by integrating Sabre’s innovative solutions with external applications to allow agents design and deliver a differentiated customer experience through a simplified workflow, and also allows agents can provide great value and service while capturing customer loyalty and increased revenue more efficiently.

“Our collaboration with EmQuest and Safari Holdings means Kenyan agencies will profit from Sabre’s global reach and the partnership of a local specialist. We want to work with travel agents whose priority is impeccable customer service and sustained growth,” said Dean Bibb, vice president Sabre Travel Network, Europe.

The meeting also hatched solutions to challenges faced by travel agents as well as needs of customers ranging from retail to corporate and leisure through multiple channels of interaction including physical office, web, mobile, while driving efficiency through a single integrated solution.

Sabre operates four brands/businesses: Sabre Airline Solutions, Sabre Hospitality Solutions, Sabre Travel Network and Travelocity and offers a broad range of technology solutions including; data driven business intelligence, mobile, distribution and software as-a-service solutions which are used by travel suppliers( airlines, hotels, car rental outlets, railways, cruise lines and tour operators and travel buyers.
