Paypal Expands Territories In African Countries.

International e-commerce business PayPal has began expansion of its services with upto 203 markets to be served by the online money transfer platform. Zimbabwe, Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire and Nigeria are among the countries the product aims at expanding.

Nigeria being a major target holds the biggest potential market for PayPal considering a vast number of internet users. Customers will be in a position to register for a paypal account and start making payment s across numerous websites without entering their credit or debit card details online.

The money transfer platform will first launch the ‘send money’ feature only to pre-approved international merchants sites. PayPal will also launch in European markets where more job opportunities will be provided making the market a prime location for global businesses.

The launch will provide businesses of all sizes an opportunity to start accepting paypal buyers in the 10 new countries.
