KCPE 2012 Online Results

So Today the KCPE 2012  results are being released. As always you can check the results by

  1. SMS Index Number to 5052 to get 2012 KCPE Results on SMS
  2. Go to the Main KNEC Website

There was a website created specifically for the results www.knec-results.ac.ke but as for now it is giving a server not found error:

“Firefox can’t find the server at www.knec-results.ac.ke.”

It sad that every year the government releases the results online without adequately being ready for the traffic that follows. In the last three years the pattern has always been the same. The results are released online, the server crashes after a few hours because of the high traffic and students are always left frustrated.  Call it lack of seriousness or lack of prior planning but it is a real national shame.

I hope this time round they are well prepared.

    hehe these guys. If they cant pay for a domain what makes you think they can hire a server for a month in a nice datacentre to hold the traffic of a few hundred thousands visits

    Your net is down. Please this is not the best you can do. Lets work towards achieving vision 2030, but for now, we expect better service.

    it seems the govnmt is taking advantage by employing unqualified programmer who inturn has momopolised and manuplate the website for us not to view the results how came upto now they claim to be uploadding the results 48 his.pliz do something
