I am totally wasted by Gmail

I have been completely wasted by Gmail.  It seems i can’t send emails,  I can’t receive emails. Is there anybody else out there, experiencing the same thing?

But still what Google is saying there has not helped me much….damn it even twitter is now better than Google, what is going on here
